I specialize in helping people who feel stuck in cycles of repetitive negative thinking whether it shows up as worry, rumination, or constant overthinking.

 

These patterns can contribute to anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout, leaving you drained and overwhelmed. Together, we’ll quiet the mental noise, strengthen resilience, and create space for clarity, confidence, and growth.

 I’m a licensed clinical   psychologist and researcher with over 15-years of experience. I blend evidence-based strategies with empathy and partnership to provide support tailored to you. Therapy with me is warm, actionable, and focused on helping you build tools that make a real difference in your everyday life.

Payment is accepted via debit card, credit card, and HSA/FSA.

I provide out-of-network services. 

After your session, I can give you a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible partial reimbursement. 

Coverage varies by plan, please check with your insurance provider for details regarding your coverage.
